The Revenue Development Workshop series will be offered to Bronson Centre organizations to build skills and knowledge of fundraising strategies, create a sustainable Community of Practice and increase long-term sustainability, allowing organizations to continue and expand their work with seniors beyond the life of the Bronson RISE project. Participants will gain fundraising skills, be supported by professional fundraisers, initiate a Community of Practice and build a fundraising plan to increase available resources for seniors’ inclusion.

Participants will meet for twelve, 1.5-hour sessions over an 11-month period from February 2020 – December 2020, and for an additional 1.5 hours of peer-to-peer Community of Practice time following each facilitated session, for knowledge-sharing,

networking and partnership development. During this period, the workshop leaders will cover a variety of topics such as stewardship, prospect research, partnership and relationship management, creating a grant template, and media relations for non-profits.
