Bronson Centre provides affordable rental rates to not for profit organizations who in turn serve the needy and poor in Ottawa and across the region. From time to time our rates adjust according to general cost increases beyond our control. While we do everything possible to absorb increases, like fuel and inflation costs, you will see that our rates have modestly increased. Thank you very much for your understanding.
For anybody booking for September 1st or later, the new rates will be as follows:
- Meeting rooms will be $11.00/hr for our permanent tenants and $15.00/hr for all other customers
- Mac-Hall will be $45.00/hr for our permanent tenants and $65.00 for all other customers
- The admin fee for booking meeting rooms will be $12.00 per booking and $60.00 per booking for Mac-Hall and Theatre
- Bookings are a minimum of 2 hours
Permanent Office Space
Permanent space is only available to not-for-profit and charitable community-based organizations with limited resources.
An 860 seat, wheelchair-accessible theatre, equipped to meet the needs of community arts groups and concert artists and large conferences. The newly renovated space now offers a professional green room (with private washrooms for guest speakers) as well as removable seating — making Bronson Center Theater one of the most adaptable venues in Ottawa.
Accommodating up to 200 people, this versatile hall features both kitchen facilities and a stage, making it ideal for larger workshops, craft shows, celebrations, banquets and dinners.
We offer a variety of rooms that are perfect for your board meetings, seminars, training, rehearsals, and smaller celebrations.
Rooms are available at a cost of $15 per hour, with a $12 administration fee, and subject to availability. As a charity, we do not bill for sales taxes.

To cancel a booking:
More than 30 days of event, loss of deposit only. Within 30 days of event – no refund.
